Italian Pasta Recipe + Caesar salad |
Ingredients for pasta: - ½ olive oil cup
- 2 red onion small
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1 ⅔ cup heavy cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp basil
- 1 ½ tbsp chili powder
- cooked pasta (farfalle)
- 1 cup pasta water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ Lemon
- Garlic powder (optional)
- White vinegar (optional)
- 1 cup Green peas
| Ingredients for Caesar Salad: - 1 large or 2 small heads of romaine lettuce
- Italian seasoned croutons
- ½ cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- Ranch or caesar salad dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Steps For Pasta: - Gather all your ingredients
- Boil your pasta according to the package instructions in salt water until cooked thoroughly (7+ mins).
- In a small bowl, add chili flakes, basil, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and mix well.
- Chop your onions into cubes on a cutting board, and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet on medium high heat add the olive oil and cubed onions. Sauté the onions for a few minutes until translucent then add in the minced garlic and green peas and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add in the tomato paste, heavy cream, butter and pasta water and mix well, let simmer for 1 minute.
- Add in all the seasoning in the small bowl into the pan, and mix well.
- Add in your drained pasta and mix in with the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!

Steps for Caesar Salad: - Rinse, dry and chop or tear the romaine into bite-sized pieces.
- Place in a large serving bowl and sprinkle generously with shredded parmesan cheese and italian croutons.
- Drizzle with caesar dressing or ranch and toss gently until lettuce is evenly coated.
- Add in olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, then gently toss the salad one more time until all combines
