Latha Toopal is a selfless, dedicated and passionate individual who loves serving people. Her involvement with WEF gave her a deep appreciation for the organization that seeks to empower women. Outside of her career, she volunteers at various local community events.
Latha holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering and has been working in the public sector for over 30 years serving the citizens of Arizona in various technical and managerial roles.
